Easy Salsa

This fresh tomato salsa adds flavor to meals and pairs well with whole grain chips for a snack.

Yield
6, 1/2 cup servings
Ingredients
2 pounds roma tomatoes (about 14, diced)
1 cup onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans green chiles (chopped, 4 oz each)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 cup cilantro (chopped)
tabasco sauce (to taste)
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate.
